RO membrane core technology

Reverse osmosis membrane element: It is the core component of the reverse osmosis system, with selective permeability, allowing only water molecules to pass through and intercepting impurities such as salt and organic matter.
High pressure pump: provides sufficient pressure for the reverse osmosis system to allow seawater to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane in reverse.
Preprocessing equipment: such as quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, etc., used to remove suspended solids, organic matter, and other impurities from seawater.

Working process of desalination

Seawater pretreatment system: to remove suspended solids, colloids, color, turbidity, organic matter and other impurities from seawater to meet the inlet requirements of subsequent reverse osmosis systems.

Seawater reverse osmosis system: to undertake the main desalination task by passing pre treated seawater through a reverse osmosis membrane to remove salt and most impurities.

Cleaning system: regularly clean the reverse osmosis membrane to remove surface contaminants and restore its filtration performance.

Electrical control system:  control the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis system, including instrument panels, control panels, various electrical protections, electrical control cabinets, etc., to achieve automatic operation
