RO membrane core technology

RO reverse osmosis pure water equipment is a device that uses the principle of reverse osmosis to filter and purify water quality. The core lies in utilizing the selective permeability of semi permeable membranes to separate impurities, ions, and other impure substances from raw water, thereby obtaining high-purity water.

Working process of RO system

The basic workflow of this equipment includes pre-treatment, pressure increase, semi permeable membrane filtration, and pure water collection. The pre-treatment step is to remove impurities such as large particles, organic matter, and residual chlorine from the raw water, and reduce the hardness of the water to protect the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane. Subsequently, under the action of a high-pressure pump, the pre treated water is forcibly passed through a semi permeable membrane, achieving filtration and purification of water quality. Finally, after further processing by the post-processing system, high-quality purified water is obtained
