Woking principle for the equipment

The principle of sodium hypochlorite generator disinfection equipment is mainly based on the process of electrolyzing saline solution. Specifically, the device electrolyzes a solution containing a certain concentration of sodium chloride, causing the chloride ions in the solution to lose electrons at the anode and be oxidized into chlorine gas, while at the cathode, water molecules gain electrons and undergo a reduction reaction to produce hydrogen gas and sodium hydroxide.
The generated chlorine gas will react with water to produce hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid. Hypochloric acid is the main disinfectant component, which has strong oxidizing properties and can destroy the cell walls and membranes of microorganisms, thereby playing a role in sterilization and disinfection.
Throughout the process, by controlling the electrolysis conditions (such as current density, electrolysis time, brine concentration, etc.), the concentration and pH value of the generated sodium hypochlorite solution can be adjusted to meet different disinfection needs

1. Open the inlet valve before turning on the power.
2. After starting the power supply, slowly adjust the current knob, and it should be slightly lower than the rated value. After stopping the machine, adjust the current back to 0 position.
3. Regularly clean the electrode plate (soak it in dilute hydrochloric acid for several times, rinse it with clean water, and do not scrape the coating on the electrode plate with hard objects). Try to use clean salt (iodine free refined salt) as much as possible.
4. Maintain good ventilation between equipment rooms (exhaust fans should be installed between equipment rooms).
5. The installation position and wiring of the positive and negative electrode plates should be accurate and error free
