The low-temperature evaporation treatment equipment is a customized 4-6Ton/day capacity machines, which saves 80% of the cost for the waste liquid treatment.
Low-temperature evaporation treatment equipment is a normal-pressure, low-temperature air circulation continuous acid regeneration system, which consists of an “air circulation system, a heat pump system, and a condensation recovery system”. The low-temperature air of the air circulation system is used to separate the water molecules and volatiles in the waste acid liquid, and the first condensation recovery is carried out through the condensation recovery system. While condensing and producing water, the “heat pump system” is used to recover the waste heat of the condensation recovery system to continuously provide heat for the “air circulation system”. The concentrated plating solution treated by the “air circulation system” is finally stored in a recovery tank for reuse. This system is suitable for the treatment of any high-salt and highly corrosive solution, because the equipment manufacturing cost required for the normal-pressure and low-temperature operating environment is low, and the recycling operation of the waste heat greatly reduces the operating cost of the equipment, and can achieve resource recycling without destroying the organic molecules in the plating solution. At the same time, it reduces the company’s hazardous waste treatment costs, saves the input of plating solution raw materials, and creates real economic benefits for electroplating companies.
